Learning and Development specialists, ATP have designed an exciting and unique two day workshop entitlted 'High Performing Teams' incorporating the incredible PitStop Challenge experience.

Collaborating with industry leading experts to produce the course content, ATP has designed a compelling programme structured to identify the basis of success and how this can be transferred to your organisation by driving meaningful outcomes from the high performance business of Formula One.

High Performing Teams takes groups away from their existing business and places them into the challenging, world of cutting edge motorsport, generating new thinking and improving performance, both at the organisational and team level.

The programme can be delivered at hotels, training venues and specialist Formula One locations throughout the UK, the number of participants can be flexible and varies between 12 and 60.
