The hub:mk has been announced as an official sponsor of The Red Bull Racing Home Run event.

The hub in Milton Keynes, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the huge, free, public Red Bull Racing celebratory event being held in the city on Saturday 10 December 2011.

The Red Bull Home Run 2011 will see the Formula One race team take over the city centre with their drivers, Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber both taking to the streets in their Championship winning F1 cars. Ex-Red Bull driver, David Coulthard will also be at the event driving a Red Bull NASCAR, along with World Champion motorbike stunt rider Chris Pfeiffer.

The central location of the hub’s main Piazza, just off the main show car route, means it will be a key focal point of the event which is expected to attract tens of thousands of visitors. The hub will host a Red Bull Racing static Formula One race car, allowing fans to get up close to a truly awe-inspiring piece of machinery; and for all you Formula One fans out there, you can also enter a free competition to win a place to visit the incredible Red Bull Racing factory during 2012.
